Ultra-high-sensitivity HD CMOS Camera

Product outline

High-definition, ultra-high-sensitivity CMOS cameras use an image sensor called a CMOS image sensor. These cameras are characterized by high sensitivity and low noise.
In particular, the ultra-high sensitivity CMOS camera used in our system has even higher sensitivity and lower noise. During the day, the subject can be clearly captured in high-definition color images, and at dusk, the subject can be photographed even under conditions that would be difficult to see with naked eyes.
Ultra-high sensitivity CMOS cameras can also photograph the subject at night as long as there is a certain level of illumination, such as moonlight.

Camera performance

We introduce the performance of ultra-high sensitivity HD CMOS cameras and CCDs used in our system. The performance introduced here is only an example, and we would like to propose a camera with a performance that meets the application purpose of our customers for each system.

Ultra-high-sensitivity HD camera

-Image sensor: 2/3 type, CMOS single plate
-Number of pixels: ca. 2.2 million pixels
-Horizontal resolution: 1980 TV lines
-Minimum illuminance level: 0.005 lx
-S/N ratio: 50dB or more

High-sensitivity CCD camera

-Image sensor: CCD
-Number of pixels: ca. 0.38 million pixels
-Horizontal resolution: 850 TV lines
-Minimum illuminance level: 0.00005 lx
-S/N ratio: 67dB or more

Lenses

We also recommend lenses to combine with cameras based on our customer's application. For example, if you want to see both the coast near the camera and the offshore 5km ahead, we recommend a high-power zoom lens. If you choose the 42x zoom lens, you can clearly shoot the shape of a small fishing boat and the behavior on it 5km ahead.
Recently, HD cameras have become mainstream and 60x zoom lenses (1200mm) are used. Therefore, when these cameras are mounted on vessels and combined with stabilizers, they can clearly identify the behavior of a person up to 5 km ahead.
